Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll get back to you within two working days. Please include photos for any condition or damage issue.
Order & delivery emails
Order confirmation, shipping and refund emails are sent automatically when each event happens. If you can't find one, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend the details.
Returns & refunds
See our Terms & Conditions for the returns window and how refunds are processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; your order history updates once the refund is recorded.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how an issue was handled, reply to your support thread asking for it to be escalated, or email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within fourteen.
