1. Buying from us
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and the billing details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a listing was mispriced or the item is no longer available — in which case we'll refund any payment in full.
2. Items
Most of our items are second-hand. We describe condition as accurately as we can; minor wear is expected and is part of the appeal. Photos show the actual item.
3. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the values displayed on the product page (homepage) at the time you check out.
4. Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's in the same condition you received it. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our liability for any single order is limited to the order's value.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
